Every year, Salestrade will organize a HBC Service Training for our partners in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand! Due to the pandemic, we are unable to travel but this does not stop us from keeping in contact with our fellow partners!
In June, a virtual training was held and through this training, we can ensure standardized procedures amongst our service partners in the region. During the training, partners also shared and discussed several case studies and issues faced during troubleshooting.
